Pritchard Construction has recently redeveloped this area to encompass a large enclosed patio area. This entailed groundworks to excavate the area and level in order to build a perimeter structure of timber & concrete fence, then lay a complete stone flagged seating area to produce a beautiful sun-trapped area for entertaining.
